ENTREPRENEUR STREAM

The Entrepreneur Visa gives its holder permanent resident status and the authority to live and run a business in the host country. .

For qualification, the foreign investor must have at least two years of business experience. To qualify for the Self-employed Program, an applicant must demonstrate that they have the relevant artistic, athletic, or agricultural experience that has allowed them to be self-employed while living in their country of origin.

To be nominated, the applicant must lodge an Expression of Interest (EOI).The applicants can either be in the host country or overseas to lodge this visa. Other Visa eligibility streams:

A. Business Innovation For business owners seeking to establish business operations in the country B. Investor For people who are willing to invest $1.5 million or more in thehost country bonds C. Entrepreneur For people who have a funding agreement from a third party for at least US$200 000 to undertake a complying entrepreneur activity D. Self-Employed Program The Self-Employed Program is aimed at applicants who have the required self-employed experience. The applicant must also have the intention and the ability to create their own employment and contribute significantly to the host country’s economy.


Note that business migration can be extremely complex and even determining whether you have a good chance of qualifying can be difficult. In addition, you may be able to qualify in a number of different business migration categories.
